What personal data is

‘Data subject’ is any natural person that is identified or identifiable through data processing.
Legal basis
Data processing on this site is primarily based upon the consent of the User, expressed accessing to the site and accepting the introductive information banner.
Moreover, if the user uses the contact form to forward any type of request, the personal data provided will be treated in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness in accordance with art. 6) lett. f) Reg. EU 2016/679.
Further legal bases for data processing may be a legitimate interest of the Data Controller or certain legal obligations.
Purposes
Data collected automatically during site navigation are solely processed to let the site work properly, without any advertising, profiling or statistical purposes. However, for the proper functioning of the site, it could be necessary to use services provided by third parties, which may use cookies for other different purposes. These purposes, which do not depend on the Data Controller, are collected and described in the appropriate cookie policy page.
Furthermore, in the case of providing feedback to the request for information sent by the User, the data processing is based on Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f): (Recital 47).
Kind of data
Any use of cookies, or other data collection tools, by this site or third party service providers, unless otherwise specified, records certain user preferences for purposes related to service delivery or improvement of the service.
Some User data, such as the ip number of the device, are also processed through the regular use of the site for its operation.
The personal data that the User spontaneously provides filling the contact form are also processed.
Retention period
Data are processed for the time necessary to perform the service requested by the User, or required by the purposes described in this document, and the User can always request the interruption of the treatment or the cancellation of his informations.
Processing methods
Processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the therefore indicated purposes. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases categories of employees involved in the organization of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external parties (such as service providers, third party technicians, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) may have access to data.
Transfers of personal data to third countries
Dr. degli Espinosa carries out its activity also outside the territory of the European Union. So it is possible that data processing will also take place in countries outside the EU, in full compliance with what is therefore stated.
Likewise, some of the third-party owners of the aforementioned cookies could be located, and therefore handle the collected data, outside the EU.
Rights of the User
The User, as data subject, has the right to request access, rectification and erasure of his personal data sending a request to the Controller, via e-mail to abaclinicltd@gmail.com
